Volunteer Kickoff Party was a smashing success!

We hosted our first ever Volunteer Kickoff Party on September 16. We had 60 people in attendance, and 75% of them were first time volunteers. Mark launched a new leadership structure, with key volunteers taking on new positions of responsibility; together forming a Leadership Team. Each will recruit and form a subteam of volunteers to carry out the goals of their individual teams, thus multiplying our efforts many times over!

The New Leadership Team structure:
